Downstairs:

The accommodation comprises of a Kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge and small freezer.

The Sitting room has lovely views across Mixtow creek . It  offers  colour T.V., DVD and video player. The room is heated by a  storage radiator and has an open fire (fuel free of charge October-April inclusive)

There is a small conservatory and a downstairs WC.

 


Upstairs:

The recently refurbished bathroom has WC, a roll top bath, a separate walk in shower cubicle and under-floor heating.

There are three bedrooms. One has a double bed and two have single beds. The bedroom at the front of the cottage has beautiful views down the river.

 

 

Up to 2 dogs are welcome ( £15.00 per dog per week or part of week) but please bring your pet's bedding.

Please Note : Due to the steep steps up to the garden the property may not be suitable for small children or the infirm. (Please phone if you are unsure)

Bookings commence at 3.00 p.m and terminate at 10.00 a.m
